Sony Alpha a5000

I started with a Sony a5000 that my girlfriend got in high school and gave to me the first time I visited her childhood home! The first video I filmed with this was Deja Vu.

This camera gave me the perfect start to videography/filmmaking because it's just not good at either of those things! But that forced me to learn the absolute most I could from it so I knew where to go next:

Upgrades, people! Upgrades!

After a ton of research and telling myself I didn't need a new camera, I finally caved and bought a GH5 (piecemeal, starting with the body). I don't have any updates here yet since I just bought it and it'll be here in over a month :(

It will, however, be here in time for me to film my first 'real' short film with it!

I got these little guys by saving up tip money as a pool cleaner during the holiday season. I have two transmitters and one receiver, which is typically enough for most scenes with friends.
